Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (the day you buy a paid plan).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Houriehsadat Jalali, trading as NextMotive, Raiffeisenplatz 5, 69221 Dossenheim, Germany, email [email protected], contact form wobbles.app/contact) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email). The quickest way is the Withdraw from contract button on the Pricing page, available while the withdrawal period runs. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of the service during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. With a monthly plan, this is the share of the billing month up to your withdrawal; the rest is refunded.
Early start of the service
At checkout you request that we start the service before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed, and that if you withdraw you pay for the service provided up to then.
Cancelling instead
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time on the Pricing page; it then ends at the end of the billing month you've already paid for (see our Terms).
